MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE

We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your Waikele Towers experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!

At Waikele Towers, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Saturday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office if you have questions about your request.

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Waipahu! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.

To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line, or contact a locksmith if necessary.

AMENITIES

To make your life in Waipahu easier, Waikele Towers provides assigned parking spaces waiting for you.

Everything you need is right here. We have our community laundry center on the ground floor and assigned parking close to the building.

Waikele Towers is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements or pet rent!

In each of our Waipahu apartments, you'll find energy-efficient appliances in the kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, deep sink with pull-out nozzle, and garbage disposal, so you can cook to your heart's content in your kitchen with luxe finishes and spend more time doing what you love. Our Waipahu apartments are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING

We aim to approve all applications as soon as possible . If you have questions about the status of your application, please call our leasing team!

At Waikele Towers, paying rent is made easy. You can choose to make your payments online with a bank account, debit, or credit card, or our office team is able to accept personal checks or certified funds!

When living at these Waipahu apartments, Renter's Insurance is required. We offer a master policy for all our residents, or you may supply your own 3rd party policy. For more information on Renter's Insurance, contact our leasing team who would be happy to discuss!

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

At Waikele Towers, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You will pay Hawaiian Electric directly and are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!

Yes, Waikele Towers offers Section 8 housing in Waipahu, HI!

You will fill out our application online and pay the application fees. When you provide your Section 8 voucher our team of experts will work with the housing office to review your lease and inspect the apartment.

The amount of your voucher will determine what apartments you are eligible to rent.

We offer excellent locations for public transportation. Uber, Lyft, the well-known Skyline Rail, and bus lines are right within reach at Waikele Towers.

Great schooling and education are right around the corner as we are located in Waipahu School District. 

Stop by and find your new home! Take Fort Weaver Road to the Farrington Highway off-ramp and travel East to Pupukahi St. and make a right turn, and a quick left turn on Pupumomi St. we are on the left at 94-344 Pupumomi St.

Being located in the heart of downtown Waipahu means access to everything you need is yours! We have many grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers right nearby. Grab your fresh groceries at Times Supermarket - Waipahu or Pacific Supermarket, before heading to your apartment to cook your latest favorite recipe. Meet up with friends on the weekend and fill your oversized closet with new finds from the shopping centers right nearby like Kunia Shopping Center. That is just the beginning! You have picked a wonderful place for your first home! At Waikele Towers, we are so excited to welcome you into our tight-knit community with all the features you're sure to love.

All are welcome to come take a tour! Call our property staff to arrange the best time so there is no wait and enough time to answer any questions you have about your new home!

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of these Waipahu apartments, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community is located in the heart of Waipahu, and due to the urban environment noise levels are expected to be moderate. 

We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask upon move out that the unit is returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.

At our apartments in Waipahu, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees like utilities and additional parking.

 Subletting and short term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited 

We want Waikele Towers to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!

The upfront costs when you sign a lease include your move-in rent, security deposits, first payment of monthly parking fee, prorated pet rent if applicable, and pet deposit if applicable. If you have any questions about the upfront costs, please contact our leasing office!
